When you visit texin.ai, we and our service providers automatically collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the website that referred you, and marketing attribution parameters such as UTM tags and ad-click identifiers (for example, the ChatGPT Ads “oppref” reference used to measure which ad led to your visit). If you arrive from one of our ads and submit a form, we associate that attribution data with your submission so we can understand which campaigns and creatives perform.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not create user accounts or store passwords, and we do not collect or store payment card information on our site.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Google Analytics 4 measures site usage (such as pages viewed, session length, and general geographic region) so we can improve the site.

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our relationship, and keep records of our marketing performance, unless you ask us to delete them. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe, after which your email is removed from our active mailing list.
